The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Handling calls in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- (US Voice Process)
- Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
- Experience:- Minimum 1 year in International Process (US, UK, Australia process preferred)
- Employment Type:- Full-time, Immediate joiners preferred
- Work Schedule:- Night Shift, 5 days a week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international process (US, UK, Australia).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in US sales, customer service, retentions, collections, or medical billing.
