International Customer Service Executive (1-3 yrs)
Location: Mira Road, Thane, Bhayandar
Salary: Up to - 35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Job Summary :
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as International Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering exceptional service to customers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service level targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
Key Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international customer service role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and related software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing customer demands.
- Location: Candidates must be able to commute to Mira Road, Thane, or Bhayandar.
