International Business Times - Assistant/Deputy Manager - Sales (1-5 yrs)
ROLE : This position is expected to handle the set of clients grow revenues, increase reach of brand and educate the advertisers about the audiences; thereby generating revenues .He/she will be expected to build the digital sales business, drive to achieve the sales target for the respective platforms effectively utilizing the available inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame & yield improvements over last year
- Yield Incremental Revenues over Last Year; up sell and renewal of existing business from customers
- Develop strong market relationships
- New Business Development
- Complete sales cycle
QUALIFICATION:
- Preferred Qualification: Graduate / MBA, preferably from Premier/ Tier I institutes - Total of about 1-5 years of experience in sales. Digital / Print / TV sales would be an added advantage; managing category 'A' advertisers.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Understands the media cycle, able to reach the marketers.
- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
- Should be both a category & a brand builder.
- Introduction of systems for effective negotiations and continuous evaluation of media investments.
- Concise yet inspiring communicator
- Analytical yet creative bend of mind. Ability to construct win-win deals for client/company.
- Understanding of data and analytics
