International Business Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)
- Conduct thorough local-level diligence of customers to drive business development and open new markets in alignment with the organization's strategic plans.
- Achieve and exceed the agreed-upon topline objectives for each client/country, while meeting market share targets for the year.
- Monitor direct marketing and sales activities of clients to ensure both short- and long-term sales volumes and projections align with the company's plans.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) teams across clients and countries to ensure timely execution of regulatory processes, including dossier submissions, query responses, and product registration timelines.
- Manage budgeting, business planning, and sales force organization while driving regional P&L growth, ensuring control of the operating budget to achieve both top-line and bottom-line goals.
- Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales and market presence.
- Lead commercial discussions with Business Development teams to establish new opportunities for product supply and delivery.
- Negotiate orders for registered products, gather and organize order information, and ensure the seamless processing of orders.
- Oversee the development of sales processes and pricing models to optimize market competitiveness and profitability.
