International Business Manager - Dairy (10-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible following key deliverable :
- Identify and exploit opportunities of dairy product development and introduction of Client in NEW markets outside India
- Maximizing sales volumes and market share of Client in all categories of dairy products exports
- Maximizing sales growth and profitability of Client's Export business, across categories.
The major key responsibility areas are:
- Drive category-wise sales growth and penetration in Global market
- The person is required to travel extensively in targeted export markets and appoint new import/distributors for export of Client products. He will be required to travel for 10-15 days in a month and show results with appointment of new importers / distributors and sales generated from new territories.
- He will also be required to understand and fulfill legal and documentation requirement for export of those new territory
- He will also be required to co-ordinate for production arrangements with dairies and logistics arrangement for exports of goods with our agents, customs and excise departments.
- Directly handle and liaison with key Export accounts and sends product samples, price offers, and product details to them for our entire range. Follow up for orders and monitor sales as well as supply chain for Export business
Coordinate with various Brand Managers of marketing team / QA team / Production team/ any other related functional team for product / packing development, product customization for Export specific products.
