International Business Development Role - IT (5-10 yrs)
- Experience in IT Services/Solutions Industry including Business Development, Sales Support, Account management, and Delivery coordination.
- Handled and dealt with client engagements, and due diligence exercises at various stages from RFI/RFP/RFQ's to executing the contracts.
- Selling experience in IT Solutions and services like Mobile Applications / Web Applications.
- Visionary to establish and lead BD / Sales department in the organization.
Job Description :
- Handling end-to-end Sales Cycle from lead generation, lead nurturing, requirement gathering, provide the right kind of digital solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategy that positions and expands solutions to new customers, segments & new IT markets
- To cultivate meaningful and substantive partnerships that drive corporate brand.
- Using multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, setup sales meetings, and pitch appropriate solutions
- Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the project.
- Responsible for the preparation of the proposals and presentations and product related discussions and the closing of the deal along with the commercial negotiations.
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Getting projects by online marketing for Flutter. React Native, Android, iOS, PHP, Code Igniter, Laravel, WordPress, Woo Commerce etc.
- Lead generation through online bidding portals, Email Marketing, existing referrals, etc.
- Finalizing development terms/ payment terms and deliverables with clients.
- Collecting and analyzing the project's business requirements and transferring to the development team.
- Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage to meet the client's business needs.
