An International Business Development Manager (IBDM) is responsible for expanding a company's presence in global markets. This role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities outside the home country, managing cross-border partnerships, and driving international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and researching potential international markets for the company's products or services.

- Building and nurturing relationships with overseas businesses, distributors, and partners.

- Developing strategies to boost international sales and revenue streams.

- Understanding and adapting the business's offerings to meet the needs and preferences of different regions or countries.

- Leading or participating in negotiations and securing contracts with international clients or partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of international markets and global business practices.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

- Experience with market research and strategy development.

- Knowledge of international trade, regulations, and logistics.

- Fluency in multiple languages (optional but beneficial).

- Experience in sales, marketing, or strategic roles.

- Ability to work in diverse cultural

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
