Internal Sales Role - Commercial Goods (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales.
- Create and deliver sales presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based inquiries.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain billings and accounts receivable
- Creating a strong connection and inspiring relationships with the partner
- Ability to create and renew the contract
Requirements and Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of relevant sales techniques and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with customer databases, CRMs, and other sales tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Should have 200 channel partners
- Basic Knowledge of accounting
- Candidates from fintech/ bfsi, etc not recommend
- Knowhow of ERP (basic) and should be really good with excel
