Job Purpose:
Key Accountabilities:
- Partner with regional head to drive the implementation of internal and external communications plans, in line with business needs and global corporate communications priorities/strategy.
- Ensure client groups are aware of global communications initiatives that impact their functions/manufacturing sites
- As brand champion, develop communications that are aligned with COMPANY brand guidelines and standards, including messaging and design, of all communications developed in support of business needs.
- Support site and/or corporate function leadership in delivery of key corporate messages for team meetings, site events, public engagement
- Drive the CSR initiatives in collaboration with the project teams across the country, taking the lead on planning, implementation and reporting. The CSR efforts will contribute to enhancing relations between local communities and government, specifically at manufacturing & operation sites.
- Lead event management and communication initiatives when serving as a team member for projects within the region which will require communications support, collaborating with global teams (such as mega projects).
Minimum qualification & experience :
- Undergraduate degree with specialization in marketing, communication, business development
- Min. 8-10 years experience in corporate communications roles, preferably across multiple geographic regions and business models in complex matrix structures
- Experience of B2B business, social media communications, manufacturing and crisis comms experience
