Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to manage corporate communications for the company and its spokesperson in order to ensure the public reputation of the company and its products and services and internal corporate communication tools across the organization maintaining currency, accuracy and relevance at all times
Accountability
To create and implement the Corporate Communication calendar to optimize utilization of resources maximizing the corporate communication objectives as well as balancing all forms of interaction and delivering to the objective.
To ensure regular monitoring and benchmarking vis-a-vis competition in order to achieve the corporate communication objectives.
To manage the internal communication calendar for the top management partnering with the HR team to help achieve internal clarity in vision, goal and corporate objectives.
To manage the electronic corporate communication portals on both external websites and intranets maintaining usefulness, currency and accuracy of news
70% role is Internal and Leadership communication and the rest 30% role is external communication.
