- Our client is a global company in the fintech sector that has been formed as a JV between two world leaders - one, a global giant in the derivatives space and second, a world leader in financial research and analytics.

- The new company is being formed by merging two entities, both of which are highly profitable companies with a combined track record of 80 years. Our client will be creating products that focus on the entire post-trade spectrum of activities in the global financial market. Their existing products will be re-positioned with the latest technologies.

- This company will work in the area of derivatives and OTC products, which are the most complex parts of the financial market. The company is laying the foundations of a great culture and the space to build a great organization. Their current objective is to identify individuals who have high expertise, to join their existing team of experts who are spread across the world.

The Job :

- We are looking for an internal communication specialist to join our client's internal communication & engagement team.

Position summary : The internal communication specialist plays an important role at our client. They are a team player, striving to deliver clear, engaging, and relevant communications to various audience groups across the business. They are accountable for the high-quality, on-schedule delivery of channels and content; take ownership of measurement and reporting; and assist the Head of Internal Communication & Engagement with a diverse range of related tasks.

Your Profile :

Principle accountabilities :


- Logistics for all internal communications channels, including :

- Monthly newsletter, The Horizon - build, proofread, test, publish

- Quarterly global town halls - invites, session management

- Intranet homepage - refresh regularly

- Ad hoc global emails - build, proof, test, publish

- Leadership chat group - member management

- Management of content plan, across

- The Horizon - Intranet homepage

- Production and management of communication planners, including annual, quarterly, and monthly views; as well as campaign plans

- Measurement and reporting across all activities, including newsletter open and click rates; intranet page visits, etc.

- Content creation, including newsletter and intranet articles, leadership emails, intranet copy

- Event management support, including room bookings, invites, attendee management, photography

- Social media input, including drafting posts and capturing photos for companies Instagram page

- Some business partnering, for example, supporting the Technology function with their communication activities
