Internal Communication Specialist (4-8 yrs)
ROLE:
- Experience bachelor's degree in journalism or mass Communication or English Literature.
- At least 4 years of experience in Content Writing/Generation/Development.
- Excellent knowledge of English as demonstrated in both written and spoken examples.
- Experience of web technologies, content management systems, digital photography (and basic editing) and desk top publishing programs preferred.
- Strong team player, recognizing the need to manage relationships within a global context, understanding the bigger picture.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures internal communications- consistency and effectiveness by creating effective and relevant internal communication content.
- Builds and evolves understanding of how employees consume information and navigate intranets and other online platforms to inform strategy.
- Works with business partners to create or curate intranet content while ensuring intranet content submissions are accurate, complete, and approved. Facilitates - best-practice- two-way communications between leadership and employees through various face-to-face and digital communications opportunities.
- Provides communication support for key projects and domain functions; Ensures internal. communications consistency and effectiveness, support framework for best practices in communications - structures and channels.
