Internal Communication & CSR Role (10-15 yrs)

Senior Manager Corporate Communication & CSR :

- The incumbent will work closely with the Senior leadership and will play a key role in designing and implementing the communications strategy.

- The incumbent will also be responsible to drive engagements, develop content, manage social media interactions and CSR engagements.

- Key responsibility will include managing org vide events and internal brand building.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for governing External Communications.

- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy. Ability to articulate a clear strategic vision and generate enthusiasm for the achievement of organisational objectives.

- Develop and execute innovative concepts and copy for cross-channel initiatives including digital, email, video scripts, etc.

- Develop key messaging for the delivery of the corporate / business strategy and individual campaigns and initiatives.

- Develop an integrated and ongoing internal communications plan to drive employee engagement and effective events.

- Support and advice the senior leadership team on employee interactions and communications requirement.

- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business, working with stakeholders to develop best practices in internal communications.

- Works collaboratively with HR and management teams to improve employee engagement and to attract the best talent in the industry.

- Measure the ongoing effectiveness of employee communications and overall employee sentiment.

- Collaborate with art directors and graphic designers in the development and execution of strategic concepts, storyboard and executions of creative brief through project completion.

- Manage Social Media campaigns and day-to-day activities like monitoring trends on Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Drive employee engagement through CSR to create pride amongst employees and build a brand with a purpose.

Pre-requisites:

- Graduate with 10 to 14 yrs. of experience

- Conceptual and copywriting skills; Must have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Well versed with social and online media

- Handle multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and direction, as well as handle multiple projects between clients

- Experience in handling Employer branding activity and events
