Intern - Social Media Optimization (0-1 yrs)
Job description
Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal and engaged community.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.
Qualifications:-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: - 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
