Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility of our recruitment consultancy.
- Perform keyword research to identify target keywords and optimise website content, job postings, and blog articles accordingly.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, including optimising meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure for job listings and web pages.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, and provide recommendations for improving recruitment-specific metrics, such as job application conversions and candidate engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices specifically related to the recruitment industry.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, with a focus on attracting candidates and clients to our recruitment consultancy.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to enhance our online reputation.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns targeted at relevant job seekers and potential clients in the recruitment industry, and track their performance.
- Generate monthly reports on SEO and social media metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, social media engagement, and lead generation, and present findings to the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with the goals and objectives of our recruitment consultancy.
- Assist in the management of website updates, including content creation and optimization for recruitment-specific keywords and industry-related topics.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3-6 months of experience
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and techniques, with a strong interest in applying them to the recruitment industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and their respective best practices for recruitment marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different target audiences, including candidates and clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment-specific metrics.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer, is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content for social media platforms that resonate with job seekers and clients in the recruitment industry.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment consultancy environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
