Job Title : Sales Internship

Company : Fresherly Technologies Private Limited

Location : Various locations across India (requires travel to partner colleges)

Skills : Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills along with good selling skills.

Duration :

Students : 2 or 3 months as per the student's availability

Freshers : 3 to 6 months and a chance to convert to a full-time employee.

Job Summary :

- As a Sales Intern at Fresherly, you will be the driving force behind our college partnership initiative. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential educational partners, showcase the value of our platform, and cultivate strong relationships that lead to successful B2B sales. You will be the face of Fresherly, embodying our values and commitment to empowering the next generation of professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential college partners.

- Reach out to college administrators and faculty through cold calling, emails, and networking events to introduce Fresherly's services.

- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present our platform, mentorship programs, and pricing models effectively.

- Lead negotiations and handle objections, steering discussions toward closing deals.

- Complete the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing payment confirmation from colleges.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on quality partnerships.

Qualifications :

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to sales, marketing, business, or any other relevant field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to persuade and influence.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Willingness to travel to various college locations as required.

Compensation :

- This is a performance-based internship with an unlimited stipend structure. Earn INR 10000 for every college partnership successfully established, covering the complete sales cycle from cold calling to payment confirmation.

-Potential for earning as high as INR 50000 to 100000 if you are an exceptional performer.
