We are hiring for a start-up focusing on cross border B2B marketplace connecting suppliers to the buyers across the globe.
The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- Connecting with the key suppliers/manufacturers in their region and understand their selling mechanisms, challenges faced by them in the cross-border trade.
- Formulating the comments/feedback from these suppliers/manufactures in the form of a brief report.
- Do a check on the information submitted by suppliers to ensure the data submitted by them is complete and accurate.
- Follow-up with suppliers for any additional information as required by other departments as a part of the onboarding process
- Collect feedback from suppliers regarding their marketing or promotional strategies
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as it will needed for doing cold-calling and promotional emails.
- Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
- Empathetic, patient and a quick learner
- Customer-centric, enjoy communicate and fostering positive business relationships
- Ability to multi-task across a high number of accounts at any given time.
