Sales and Marketing Operations Intern Job Description :

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales and Marketing Operations Intern to join our fast-growing HR tech startup. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well in a team.

- The Sales and Marketing Operations Intern will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support the company's overall sales and marketing efforts.

- Sales and Marketing Operations Intern Responsibilities:

Sales Support :

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.

- Participate in sales meetings and presentations.

- Help to manage and update the company's sales pipeline.

- Assist with lead generation and prospecting efforts.

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

Operational Support :

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to support the sales team.

- Assist in the preparation and management of sales reports and analytics.

- Monitor and track sales data to identify areas for improvement.

- Assist with the preparation and tracking of sales contracts and agreements.

- Help to manage and maintain the company's CRM system.

Administrative Support :

- Manage the Sales team's calendar and schedule appointments.

- Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.

- Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales events and webinars.

- Assist in the creation of sales materials, including presentations and proposals.

- Monitor and manage the Sales team's email inbox.

Key Requirements :

- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, or related undergraduate program.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable working with data and conducting market research.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Passion for sales and marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a startup environment.
