Intern - Sales - IT (0-1 yrs)
- Sales and Customer Engagement : Engage with potential clients via telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
- Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads, identify potential clients, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Product Knowledge : Stay well-informed about our offerings, features, and benefits to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Meeting Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Product Demo : Conducting product presentations and web demonstrations. Qualifying leads for further engagement. Should be able to do deal closure in the demo.
