Intern - Sales - HRTech (0-1 yrs)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or lead database
2. Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients
3. Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and close sales
4. Meet daily and monthly outbound call targets to contribute to the overall sales goals
5. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels
7. Handle customer objections and provide information to address concerns
8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
9. Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and social media
