Selection Process :
- Starting with an engaging online test featuring 6 projects, this assessment is thoughtfully designed to evaluate each student's attitude, sincerity, integrity, discipline, and career ambitions.
- Through this comprehensive evaluation, we will gain valuable insights into each candidate's potential and readiness for the exciting journey that lies ahead. After completion of all 6 online projects and 10-15 days of training, the candidate will be eligible for the paid sales internship and then an opportunity for a full-time job. This opportunity is only for MBA 2024 and 2025 students.
Job Description :
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers to foster loyalty and increase sales.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

- Promotional Activities : organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
