Intern - Sales Development - Bank (2-6 yrs)
This is a 3-6 month internship convertible to a full-time position following the initial period, depending on performance output and fit.-
Responsibilities
1. Research and discover potential avenues to generate new leads
2. Independently manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and nurture leads
3. Identify best practices, develop and implement action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and refine sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
4. Create sales reports, relevant communication for prospects, pitch decks and product demos for potential clients
5. Meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years- experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency with productivity tools: MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English language and strong verbal and written communication skills
