Your association with this internship will help in spreading the concept of video interview. Ultimately, your contribution will enable students to create a basic video profile and land amazing job opportunities with recruiters PAN India!
We are offering students a chance to work in their campus itself and connect with their community through various online and offline activities. It is also applicable for individuals willing to work from home and engage in the community building through various marketing efforts which will be directed by the Autogram team.
Tasks:
1) Identify potential job seekers in your circle (generating leads)
2) Help Autogram conduct video interviews of potential candidates and job seekers on the platform by sending them a given link. This link will be personalized for the intern so that all interviews taken via that link can be tracked, and monetary incentives can be clearly calculated.
3) Share online content promoting the concept of Video Resume and its benefits (you will also be allowed to create your own content and share on approval of the Autogram team) to increase visibility among your circle. Your ultimate objective will be to help as many students as possible in creating their video interview via all your efforts.
