Intern - Sales (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management
- Add new leads into the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Update and maintain lead information to ensure data integrity.
- Calling on the generated leads
Lead Generation
- Use tools to research and generate potential leads.
- Identify and compile target customer profiles from different channels.
Data Organization and Analysis
- Maintain and organize sales-related data in spreadsheets or CRM.
- Assist in preparing reports on lead progress, conversions, and other sales metrics.
Coordination Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up on leads.
- Communicate key updates and lead insights to the relevant team members.
CRM Management
- Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with current leads, client information, and activities.
- Assist in optimizing CRM workflows for better sales efficiency.
Market Research
- Conduct research on competitors, industries, and trends to support the sales strategy.
- Suggest potential target markets based on data insights.
General Administrative Support
- Help with administrative tasks related to sales processes.
- Manage documentation and records for ease of retrieval.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
