Intern - Marketing Communications (0-1 yrs)
Qualification- MBA
Duration: 6 months
Goal:
To assist in developing and executing communication strategies to reach the target audience with the right messaging to position Enhancesys and the business impact of the solution portfolio.
Role:
Marketing Strategy:
- Work in developing and executing the marketing communications strategy.
- Engage with internal teams
- Involve in competitive research to understand market, players and significant strengths, opportunities and challenges
Content:
- Plan and Develop content across formats to position solutions and capabilities tailored to the target markets
- Thought leadership plans and content creation - Blogs, posts, industry articles
- Liaise with business teams and tech teams for the content
- Product collaterals - brochures, presentations
Brand:
- Align all marcom activities and assets to the brand and positioning of Enhancesys.
- Measure brand awareness metrics to assess impact of marcom.
Social engagement:
- Create and execute a marcom calendar of events
- Manage social media channels - primarily LinkedIn, YouTube and X
- Ensure the website is a primary asset for engagement by publishing content and optimizing for SEO.
Campaigns:
- Marketing campaigns - design and execute campaigns across channels to generate awareness, consideration and qualified leads.
- Be a key resource in planning and participation in tech and industry events and generating leads post event.
