Intern - Marketing/Business Development (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern with a focus on Business Development to join our team. As a Marketing Intern at Aaiena, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and connecting with potential leads via various channels, including in-house leads, cold calls, and cold emails. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings with CXOs, documenting interactions, and managing our social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development while contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking fashion brand.
Responsibilities :
- Connect with potential clients through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
- Source and connect with potential leads through in-house leads, cold calls, and cold emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, including CXOs, and internal team members.
- Document all interactions and maintain organized records.
- Assist in managing and creating content for social media platforms.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage leads and customer interactions.
- Create engaging visual content using Canva for social media and marketing materials.
- Automate tasks and workflows using Zapier to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
- Support other areas of the business as needed.
Requirements :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with social media management is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Canva, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing,
- Business, or a related field.
