Intern - Marketing (0-4 yrs)
Position Overview:
Aaiena is seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will primarily focus on client management, including connecting with clients, scheduling meetings with CXOs, and documenting interactions. Additionally, you may assist in various marketing activities, providing you with a well-rounded experience in the field.
Responsibilities :
- Connect with clients through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, including CXOs, and internal team members.
- Document client interactions, including meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and client management.
Requirements :
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in marketing or client management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed or pursuing MBA in Marketing.
- Completed Bachelors in a related field.
