Intern - Lead Generation (0-2 yrs)
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
Location: Bangalore
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Mode: Work From Home

We have a paid internship opportunity for Lead Generation. A successful internship can eventually lead to a full-time job offer.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales.
- Reach out to Existing clients and build relationships to get the business
- Manage and oversee all outbound sales activities, including lead generation, sales presentations, sales negotiations, and service sales
- Qualify leads by levels of interest
- Coordinate lead gen campaigns with marketing and sales
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Follow up through email and LinkedIn as necessary.
- Research and identify potential leads using various methods such as online research and industry-specific databases.
- Qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products/services.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to pass qualified leads for further engagement.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects and clients.
- Regularly update customer information and changes in the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Attend relevant sales training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Mandatory Skills :
- Should be excellent at communication
- Should have Internship experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Should have presentation skills and Convincing skill
- Should have an understanding on recruitment industry
- Should have theoretical knowledge of what he/she studied in MBA
- Should be an extrovert
Education: An MBA or any equivalent qualification
Stipend: Up to INR 8000 per month (performance based)
