Job Responsibilities and duties :

- Research and identify potential leads using various methods such as online research and industry-specific databases.

- Qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products/services.

- Connect with CXOs, Directors and identify their potential needs, qualify their interest and viability, and create a relationship that will help drive the sale.

- Performing targeted outreach on multiple channels to connect with new and existing prospects and constantly nurturing the relationship to drive clients through the pipeline.

- Help maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and timely information regarding leads and customer interactions.

- Assist in initial meetings and follow-ups with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

- Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, and competitor analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of the product, market, and competitors.

- Play a key role in gathering and analyzing relevant data to support business insights, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of our product offering.

- Participate in developing/testing our AI product offerings to ensure the performance aligns with real-world applications and client requirements.

- Assist in planning, executing project tasks, and tracking progress to ensure they meet the defined objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through thorough testing and validation.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (not mandatory).

- Looking to build a career in international business development, especially within the AI/B2B sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Internship experience in international B2B Sales or Business Development or a similar role.

- Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn to research leads and companies.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Must have a personal laptop.

- Relentless hunter attitude.
