Intern - Inside Sales - Solutions (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for an individual who will collaborate with our sales and marketing team to understand business requirements and generate healthy leads. The Inside Sales Intern will be required to research the clients, understand the client requirements and develop solutions for them. He/she will be required to communicate industry, technical, and product knowledge, so the candidate needs to have good business acumen along with the willingness to learn new technologies. The individual should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals via good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
- Conducting market research and gathering information using LinkedIn and other sources
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling emailing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
- Creating a sales pipeline to help accomplish the timely completion of targets
- Maintaining rapport with the existing clients and utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients
- Following up on inbound organic and inorganic leads
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and Assisting managers with negotiations
- Should be diligent in updating contact, lead, and opportunity information in CRM systems and other internal communication channels
- Should be proactive in providing timely and accurate information to the management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BBA, BA (English), or B. Tech
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Learning Attitude
- Comfortable using LinkedIn
