Intern - Digital Sales (0-7 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Sales Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, specifically focusing on the distribution and sales of PDF materials related to these topics. As a Digital Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our digital products.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to effectively promote and market our PDF materials related to cryptocurrency and blockchain.
2. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various online channels, including social media, forums, and industry-specific platforms.
3. Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers to present our digital products and explain their benefits and value proposition.
4. Sales Support: Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address any concerns potential customers may have.
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
6. Sales Tracking: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM software or other designated tools.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Strong Interest in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain: A genuine passion for and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and their applications.
2. Sales Aptitude: Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information about our digital products and address customer queries.
4. Self-Motivation: Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
5. Tech-savviness: Comfortable with using digital tools, CRM software, and online communication platforms.
6. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, market trends, and customer preferences.
7. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
You will be provided with a certification after completion.. And you will receive stipend according to your performance
