The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Driving performance marketing via Display Ads, Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel, PPC and SEO / SEM.
- Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor degree ideally with an emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
- Deep knowledge and interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and industry trends
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with Search Engine Optimization
- Google Adwords and Analytics experience and/or certification preferred
- Desire to explain, teach, coach, and generally enable our customers to use our tools to achieve meaningful results for themselves over the long-term
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
- Attention to detail and a strong interest in analyzing results
- Sense of humor and positive attitude
- Must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Freshers are welcome
