About this role -

We're building our founding team and are looking for self-starters excited to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. If you're seeking an established playbook, Zenskar may not be the right fit. As a Customer Success Intern, you'll work closely with our founders and other key team members. Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow, but initially, you'll support our customers across pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing success, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Support : Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. Be the first point of contact for customers, capturing their feedback to improve our processes and products.

- Onboarding : Support new customers by guiding them through setup, helping them understand and configure their account, and ensuring a smooth start.

- Customer Success : Act as the voice of the customer within Zenskar. Identify opportunities to proactively support customer success, from training to product adoption.

- Documentation : Assist in developing and updating customer support resources, including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting documents.

- Product Feedback : Relay customer feedback to our product teams to ensure that we are continuously improving based on real user experiences.

Key qualifications

Technical Qualifications

- Preferred background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar. Relevant technical experience is also valued.

- Basic understanding of web-based software and SaaS tools.

- Basic SQL knowledge; Intermediate SQL or Python skills are a plus.

- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data in different formats.

Communication Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Skilled at understanding customer pain points and helping them find effective solutions.

Customer Empathy

- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs and challenges.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Work Hours

- Willing to work partially within US business hours (~4 am IST start) to support our clients. You have flexibility on when to begin your day.

Working Style

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on diverse tasks and challenges.

- High ownership, self-motivated, and ready to work hands-on to support our customers in the early days.

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic - and doesn't take themselves too seriously!

Compensation

- Fixed: INR 20,000 per month
