We are looking for a Business Development Intern, you'll play a key role in expanding our consulting company's footprint. You'll be tasked with identifying and generating staffing leads for our services, building client relationships, and creating growth opportunities for our company. Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation : Research potential clients and decision-makers within target companies who would benefit from our staffing solutions.
2. Outreach & Networking : Use digital channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.) to connect with potential clients, initiate conversations, and assess staffing needs.
3. Pipeline Management : Track lead progress and document interactions in CRM or internal tracking tools.
4. Collaborative Strategy : Work closely with the business development team to refine outreach strategies and identify high-potential industries and client segments.
5. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform outreach tactics and lead-generation efforts.
