The Business Development role focuses on promoting the brand's Facebook page to boost online visibility and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Facebook Page Management:

- Develop, manage, and maintain the brand's Facebook page to align with business goals.

- Regularly update the page with engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and promotions.

Content Creation:

- Create compelling and high-quality content tailored to the target audience.

- Design and schedule posts that promote products, offers, and brand values.

Audience Engagement:

- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster a positive community around the brand.

- Organize and manage interactive sessions like live videos, Q&A, and polls to increase audience engagement.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Sales Growth:

- Utilize Facebook's tools and features to drive direct sales through the platform.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales targets and promotions.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sales.

- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Market Research:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

- Research and analyze competitor activities to keep the brand ahead in the market.

Collaborations and Partnerships:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships that can boost page visibility and sales.

- Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates and brand ambassadors.
