Intern - Business Development - HR Tech (0-1 yrs)

We're looking for a motivated and resourceful Business Development Intern (BDI) to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach within the B2B market for our innovative HR tech product and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential clients in the B2B space with HR needs.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can address them.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our HR tech offerings.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
