Job Details :
Designation: Business Development Intern
Job Location: WFH (Remote)
Internship Stipend: Rs. 15000-20000/Month ( 3 Month Duration)
Salary Range (Post Internship): 5-6 LPA Fixed + Incentive
Industry Experience : Freshers & 1-2 Years Exp in Edtech Industry can also apply. (Excellent English speaking skills is a must have)
Qualification : B.Tech/ MBA Graduates
(Final year Students /Recent Pass out candidates will be Preferred)

What is the product?
We provide a fun and engaging virtual classroom where 6-8 students learn along with a coach. They are actively involved in activities like a bandersnatch style video or a pair programming coding puzzle or a group discussion or creating their own apps and games. StayQrious is an edtech platform that provides online classes to students of various ages from across India. We focus on application based teaching techniques as opposed to a theory based technique with a view of creating a new generation of innovative, intellectual and confident students. Roles & Responsibilities :
- First, you will only be calling leads who want to be called. No cold calling!
- This is purely an inside sales role and will be remote working.
- You will be responsible for driving sales for the company through several channels like calls, whatsapp, emails
- You will be required to convert potential clients by initiating conversation with the prospective client, presenting our proposition and converting the lead.
- You will have to achieve monthly targets in a high performance and meritorious environment.
- You will have to monitor monthly sales achieved and evaluate how to improve on a week on week basis.
Skills and Qualifications :
- A drive for sales and ability to handle pressure
- Fluent communication skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Willingness to continue with us beyond the internship period
