Intern - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Handling inside sales through digital (social media, email) or direct calling mode (70% of the leads will be given by us, and the remaining needs to be generated by the intern)
2. Communicating with clients, making outbound calls/emails to potential customers, and following up on leads
3. Understanding clients' needs and identifying sales opportunities
4. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
5. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
6. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
7. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
8. Staying informed about competing products and services
9. Upselling products and services
10. Researching and qualifying new leads
11. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
