InterGlobe Technology Quotient - Relationship Manager - Sales (0-5 yrs)
Business Profitability:
- Achieve individual as well as station targets
- Ensure presence and coverage of all accounts
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
- Conduct live Demo's of the products
- Advising on forthcoming product developments
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Maintain relationships and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support
- Increase market share in the accounts assigned.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments & information
3. Compliance
- Update the sales report on a daily basis in Sales force (Sales MIS)
- Analyze the reports periodically (Daily / Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly)
- Responsible for generation of the sales and market information / Competition information on a regular basis
- Monitor productivity & update customers
4. Developing Self
- Complete functional & Behavioural trainings as per schedule
- Keep update with the latest product knowledge

Educational Qualification :
Graduates (excluding Fine arts & literature) with Additional qualification in Travel/ Hospitality.
Should be able to work on computers on packages like Microsoft & sales Applications
First Division in Graduation.
Relevant Experience
Experience in Sales in a service industry With 0 - 3 Years experience.
Knowledge of the travel industry would be an added advantage
