Interem - Manager - Corporate Sales (3-10 yrs)
Job Summary:
- To ensure smartly selling our Products/Services for achieving the Organisation Goals and individual targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- To focus on the targets set.
- Mapping areas, cold calling.
- Flyers distribution and other marketing campaign.
- Connect with Clients on Social Media and look at generating new leads.
- Sending daily reports to Manager on schedules with updates, follow-up and progress.
- Basis requirement, assist in Orientation / Relo services to clients and help with settling in. Visa extension
- Handle Residential Sales/Survey's.
- Review done on the Survey V/s booking.
- Initiate Marketing & Branding Activities.
- Have Reporting Head accompany for prospective Corp. Meetings.
- Ensure introductory mail sent with testimonials.
- Review if old account and servicing.
- Visit / give a comfort call to the customer basis profile during the job.
- Send quotes and follow-up.
- Ensure PO received for job confirmation.
- Collections post invoicing without delay's.
Key Metrics (KPI's) :
- Revenue & GP Commitment - from New Accounts as per target set.
- Survey's V/s Booking - as per target set.
- Add New Accounts in a month.
- New Meetings in a month as per min. nos.
- Collections : Ensure in control and payments settled within 60 day's.
- New Accounts / Move References - Achieve as per target set.
