Intense Technologies - Account Manager - Sales (0-1 yrs)

We are seeking highly enthusiastic, self-driven, and customer-focused Account Managers to join our customer experience team to manage and grow large enterprise accounts in Mumbai. An ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with BFSI clients, understanding their needs, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services, and growing their accounts. This role will be directly responsible for both top-line and bottom-line growth of their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within their client accounts.

- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.

2. Account Growth:

- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets set for assigned client accounts.

- Develop and execute sales vision to drive revenue growth.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

- Create account growth strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

3. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, QA etc. to ensure the successful delivery of services.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality, and proactively address any issues that may arise.

- Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Client Advocacy:

- Be the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.

- Gather client feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.

- Anticipate potential challenges and work to mitigate them to maintain client satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and project details.

- Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and financial metrics.

- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on client data.

Qualifications:

- Exposure in account management, preferably in the BFSI sector.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including trends and challenges.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of technology or ability to learn technology quickly

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
