- Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Display customer empathy solution-driven approach
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support in voice, chat, and email
- Technical support executive who is experienced in Technical support in Voice, chat, and email
- Experienced in Level 1 debugging on technical issues related to our solutions.
Skills and Competencies Required :
- Strong Customer Service and problem-Solving skills
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Candidate should be well versed with a computer, MS Office (Word, Excel, applications and google sheets, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Javascript and HTML
