- Business Development Trainee/Associate (Work from Office)

Responsibilities Include :

1) Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitch the right course as per their needs.

2) Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

3) Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

4) Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

5) Should be maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.

6) Should have decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

7) Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads.

8) Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

9) Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

10) To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Qualification : MBA / Any Graduation

Work Location : Bangalore

Joining Period : Immediate to 20 days

Compensation : 6 months Internship/Training period 22,000 (Fixed Pay)+ 30,000(Variable Pay) based on performance will be working as Business Development Trainee

- After the successful completion of Internship period 362,400 INR( Fixed salary) + 362,600(Variable Pay) Total CTC : 725,000 will be working as Business Development Associate
