Position: TL- Inside Sales

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

- To Lead and Motivate Team Members deliver high level of Customer Service by achieving the Daily SLA.

- Train the new joinees to deliver what is expected out of them.

- Prepare Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for Management to show Team performance against planned objectives.

- Responsible for modeling and reinforcing effective performance, setting goals and targets, monitoring queues, strategizing plans to meet quality standards, appraisal, leave planning and absenteeism, interdepartmental coordination and communication; the job demands multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.

- Process - instituting suitable processes to achieve the team targets and quality standards.

- Give Feedback to the team on misses in Quality.

- To have a tight control on Operational Losses, Potential Frauds through strong Internal Audit and Staff Feedback Mechanism.

- Monitor progress of the team on production, quality and learning curve targets in line with the migration plan.

- Highlyly focused on customer satisfaction, collaboration with stakeholders, understanding business issues and implementing technology solutions.

- Supporting Team for day to day operational challenges

- Work towards business/account sales/pre-sales team for the new opportunity

- Run the Continuous Improvement Plan(CIP) based on the internal operation finding/area of improvement for better customer experience & efficient operation

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers

MBA/PGDM

PG:M.Tech - Any Specialization, Any Postgraduate, MCA - Computers

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

- B.E / B.Tech. or any technical degree - With minimum 2 year of experience..

- Experience in supporting global customers with consumer products.

- Strong verbal and written communication is absolutely essential.

- Passion for Consumer Electronics and new cutting edge technologies.

- Analytical and problem solving skills.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
