Responsibilities:
- Should have strong customer grievances handling and team handling experience
- Should have prior work experience in ticketing systems like Freshdesk, etc.
- Should have leadership qualities and quick in understanding root cause issues and fix them at the earliest
- Should be strong in process creation and execution of the same
- Good experience in working with MS excel
- Problem Solving skills
- Quick learner and have zeal to pick up new challenges
- Problem solving approach and strong interpersonal skill, structured thinking
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Should have good written and spoken communication skills
- Should be smart and a hard worker
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Support and Operations
- Should be B.E with fair knowledge of programming languages
