Intellipaat - Manager - Business Development/Enterprise Sales - B2B Segment (5-7 yrs)
Enterprise Business Development Manager:
We're looking for a talented and smart Enterprise sales professional to drive Intellipaat's sales and win new business. Target accounts reside within colleges, universities within India, and outside. This is an individual contributor as well as a team handling role.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales and closing deals of six and seven figures.
The person should have strong, well-established relationships with target accounts, business and channel partners.
Job Responsibilities :
- Individually responsible for meeting the assigned P/L targets. Should have experience in working with colleges, universities in the past to win big deals.
- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones
- Responsible for ensuring timely collections from customers
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Log all sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
- Make presentations to respective stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Draft and deliver proposals
- Work with product and tech specialists wherever required to address customer requirements
- Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems
- Can work as an individual contributor as well as ability to lead a team of more than 6 team members
Desired Skills :
- Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in to Business Development preferably in a hunter role
- Target driven and result oriented
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Preferably from Education or Training Industry Profile Summary.
