As part of Customer Success team :
1. Interacting with customers on regular basis and understanding their issues and get it rectify at the earliest.
2. Reaching out to corporate for the placement of the candidates who are looking out for job.
3. Tracking customer progress throughout the training program and regularly pass the feedback for the same.
4. Should have strong communication and writing skills.
5. Making sure the customer gets the best learning experience and go a level beyond to get it done with different teams.
