Main Responsibilities of a Lead Generation Executive are :

1. Cold calling stakeholders and converting them to prospects by pitching relevant products or services.

2. Walking prospects through products/services benefits

3. Identifying prospects through rigorous research using Google, as well as social media platforms like LinkedIn and Bloomberg.

4. Set up meetings/conference calls with prospects.

5. Follow up with potential prospects to gather information on their pain points and address upcoming needs.

6. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.

7. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

8. Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Key Requirements:

1. Prior experience within lead generation executive orsimilar sales/customer service role.

2. Strong presentation skills.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.

4. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems (Skype, Microsoft Teams)

5. Proficient in English.

6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

7. Attention to details and should have listening skills.

8. Proficient, in word, PowerPoint.
