- As a Pre- Sales Associate, at Intelligence Node you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of the new retail world with the help of our best-in-class retail competitive intelligence solution. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and client delivery teams to drive the sales efforts of the organization.
You will be tasked with :
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
- Assisting the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
- Creation of marketing concepts
- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
- Responding to RFI's/ RFP's.
Required Skill Sets :
- An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
- Relevant understanding of pre-sales in managing B2B Business accounts will be an added advantage
- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field
- Experience in B2B software presales (4-5 years minimum)
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
