Intellicon - Senior Executive - Business Development - Manufacturing Vertical (2-6 yrs)
Senior Executive Engineer - Business Development :
- Qualification : Bachelor in Engineering/ B.Tech
- Exposure to Automobile Parts Aftermarket
- This role is responsible to act as techno-commercial support for projects and customer acquisition, development and satisfaction. This role is also responsible for sales performance of the organisation.
- This role further required the candidate to support in Business Development activities and regular MIS Reports and Acquisitions/ Expansion of Aftermarket Customers .
Accountability :
1. Expansion of Aftermarket and OE Turnover by adding new sustainable customers
2. Regular Visiting to Aftermarkets - responsible for adding new aftermarket customer by utililising marketing strategies
2. Customer Satisfaction - By regular meeting customer requirements on daily, misc works - Follow up to CFT and timely submission to customer
3. Hands on Presentation Preparation as per requirement
4. Support to Manager in Business Development, market research activities
5. Regular Price amendments ( RM+ FE ) working submission to customers ( OE + AFT )
6. Regular M.I.S : Rolling Forecast, New Business Development report
7. Supporting in New RFQ 's for Quotation, Budget Preparation
8. 100% Payment Recovery - regular follow ups with customers
9. Monitoring Schedule vs Dispatch status and releasing weekly report
Special skills Required :
- Leadership,strong writing &verbal communciation,Extrovert .
- Strong Marketing Skills - Relationship building
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office - Excel and Powerpoint Skills
- Basic Knowledge of SAP
- Basic Knowledge of Technical Drawings- for analyzing
- Basic Understanding of Marketing
